We will help your staff identify 2-4 operational areas where AI tools can provide the most benefit after interviews with key stakeholders across the organization.

Custom Training Agenda

We will prepare a virtual, custom training program for your organization based on the specific AI use cases determined to bring most value.

AI Use Policy Needs

We will help develop an AI Use Policy tailored to your organization's specific needs and uses of the AI tools.

Project Details

Actions and Deliverables

1. Discovery

Focusing on operational goals, Tech Impact will conduct short interviews with team members to determine priority use cases for AI in the organization.

2. Licenses and Setup

After procurement of necessary licenses, Tech Impact will assist with initial set-up and configuration as well as help centralize internal management to ensure security and compliance.

3. Team Training

Tech Impact will facilitation customized training session on responsible AI use, how to embed AI into daily workflow and tasks based on the pre-determined goals of the organization, and basic-to-advanced prompt guidance and validation when using Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and CoPilot

4. Implementation Support

Following the onboarding and training, Tech Impact will provide ongoing technical assistance to troubleshoot and optimize usage as well as office hours for staff coaching for a three-month period.

Our team specializes in a number of artificial intelligence tools including OpenAI (ChatGPT), CoPilot, Claude, and Gemini. Depending on the systems your organization already uses and the tasks you are hoping to implement, Tech Impact will provide recommendations on which tools work best for your infrastructure and staff capacity.

Each AI tool has different licensing requirements and costs, and this will be reviewed during the project.

Our fixed-price cost for this project starts at $2,800 and includes discovery, configuration, 4 hours of custom training, and six office hours slots. If additional training or office hours are requested, that will be mutually agreed and priced accordingly.

Project timelines are estimates, but generally follow the below schedule:

Discover - 1 week

Configuration - 1 day

Training - 1 half-day or 2, two-hour sessions

Office Hours - 6 one-hour office hours, every other week for 12 weeks following staff training.
