Digital Impact Greenhouse: A Digital Strategy Bootcamp
Nonprofits are able to participate in our capacity-building and professional development program to help nonprofit staff build expertise, skills, and plans around digital campaigns.
Strengthen Your Team's Capacity
Participants in this 6-month in-depth, cohort-based program walk away with the tools they need to design and run effective digital campaigns—defining the goals you need to achieve, the audiences you should target, the research that informs your strategy, the most effective channels to use, and the data collection methods needed to measure success.
Throughout the program, they develop a Digital Campaign Plan—a strategic and tactical playbook for a digital campaign that can be implemented immediately in a real-world application. During both topic-based workshops and live office hours, they learn the underlying approaches and best practices for formulating future digital strategies and campaigns on their own.

Will my organization benefit from the program?
The bootcamp helps to propel the effectiveness of an organization’s digital strategy. However, it isn’t for every organization. We want to set participants up for success, so please consider your ability to commit intentionally.
Deciding If Your Organization is the Right Fit
Who will benefit:
- Organizations with more than one person focused on digital strategy can benefit by aligning perspectives, practices, and processes within their team.
- Organizations whose staff members have foundational digital strategy skills and knowledge can refine and advance their understanding, as well as be equipped to design more effective strategies on their own.
- Organizations that understand the importance of investing in professional development and how to embed the outcomes of that activity into their operations will be able to realize benefits in both the short- and long-term.
- Organizations that rely on consultants to augment the capacity of their staff can use the program's added capabilities to reduce spending and deliver in-house.
Who May Face Challenges:
- Small community-based or all-volunteer organizations, or those without at least one staff member dedicated to focusing on marketing and communications, might have a challenging time balancing day-to-day work with productive participation in the program.
- While the program can add knowledge and expertise for staff with limited background in digital strategy or communications / marketing, they may be challenged to keep pace with the curriculum as they try to grasp fundamentals.
