Tech Impact's DigiCheck assessment is designed to evaluate the current effectiveness of your nonprofit’s digital strategy:  how you engage stakeholders across all digital channels, including your website, your social media properties, and your email campaigns.  

The resulting report is meant to help your organization understand how well you are—or aren't— leveraging digital tools to fundraise, manage and recruit volunteers, raise awareness of your brand, or motivate people to take action.

What's the Process?

DigiCheck is conducted by one of Tech Impact's Technology Strategists, who will guide a representative from your organization through the process.

We will schedule an appointment with the staff on your team who are able to discuss your digital strategy practice—a marketing or communications associate, a member of your development team, or someone in leadership.  We will walk you through answering the assessment, asking follow-up questions that helps to give dimension to your answers.  The interview takes no more than an hour. 

Based on the answers you provide on the assessment, our Technology Strategist will score each item and section according to a maturity model. The scoring is linked to practical recommendations you can adopt or refine to advance your organization's capacity around digital strategy.

The end product, an assessment report, provides information to help your organization better utilize digital channels for advancement and engagement and to provide a high-level road map of the different tasks that will aid towards achieving that path. This assessment is not meant to provide a comprehensive digital strategy, but it should provide a useful overview of your organization's capabilities, needs, and hopes.  It also equips you with a list of potential projects that you can pursue to up your game on all of the assessment’s dimensions.
