Dave Nozal is Director of Information Technology at Propel Nonprofits, where he leads efforts to build secure, resilient systems that protect nonprofit organizations and their data. With more than 28 years of experience across nonprofit operations and IT, Dave brings a practical, organization-wide approach to cybersecurity that emphasizes security as a shared responsibility. He regularly trains and advises nonprofits on topics including ransomware, cyber risk, and strengthening digital practices, and is known for his belief that “cybersecurity is a life skill.”
