Ebony Taylor
Ebony Taylor joined Tech Impact as a Client Relations Coordinator in 2007 and has grown her skills set over the years which has ranged from Office 365 Engineer to Project Coordinator and now to Director of Infrastructure Services. As a graduate of Villanova University with a Computer Science degree, Ebony was NPower Pennsylvania’s 8th staff member at its offices in downtown Philadelphia. Over the next 16 years, Ebony has watched NPower Pennsylvania become Tech Impact and grow from a small nonprofit offering services to its small number of monthly scheduled support clients in the NPower PA backyard to the over 300 monthly managed services clients nationally as well as roughly the same number of ad hoc clients.
In her current role as Director of Project Management, Ebony manages a team of technicians and Office 365 engineers that work with Tech Impact managed services clients and ad hoc clients on projects including email migrations to both Google and Office 365, infrastructure assessments, recommendation and implementation, and several desktop related tasks from installation, remote wiping, and repurposing. Ebony has supported thousands of Office 365 email migrations and MFA rollouts, managed hundreds of networking projects and when she is not championing how technology can support social impact or increasing the number of females in technology, she’s spending time together with her daughters in her hometown of Philadelphia.
