For a career that started in reality TV, Jeremy’s professional journey has taken some interesting turns. However, he has consistently aimed to enhance the user experience, improve inefficiencies, and utilize new technology at every stop along the way. Initially hired as the Salesforce Administrator, Jeremy’s current role as the Director of Technology Operations at The Boston Foundation encompasses a broad spectrum of IT and non-IT projects. While his responsibilities have grown, he remains steadfast in his commitment to maximizing Salesforce utilization, readily offering guidance and support.
