Nancy Park

Nancy Park is a mission-first strategist with more than 12 years of experience helping social sector organizations build the systems, partnerships, and evidence practices needed to drive lasting impact. At Project Evident, she is the Senior Director and Practice Lead for OutcomesAI, focused on helping nonprofits and funders harness AI to deepen learning, strengthen outcomes measurement, and build organizational capacity for continuous improvement.  Nancy brings a combination of technical fluency and field-level credibility to this work. Over the course of her career — at Jobs for the Future, the Robin Hood Foundation, 118 Capital, and Deloitte Consulting — she has partnered with dozens of nonprofits and employers to pilot and scale early-stage technologies and data-driven approaches, always with an eye toward what adoption actually looks like on the ground. Nancy holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
