Sheila K. Morris
Sheila K. Morris is the Workforce Program Director at Tech Impact. With an extensive background in career and technical education and workforce development, Sheila has played a pivotal role in preparing students and teachers with the skills and knowledge needed for success in both current and future career pathways. A highly sought-after presenter and training facilitator, Sheila has created strategies for high-quality instruction and has developed training curriculum for adult learners. Her expertise in workforce development and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs of study has allowed her to create frameworks to improve and sustain professional learning for audiences of all types.
In her current role, Sheila leads the development and expansion of the IT Works program in Nashville, TN and is passionate about building and nurturing strong partner relationships while empowering the workforce with fresh, dynamic talent to meet the evolving needs of today’s industries.
She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Alabama A&M University, a M.A. in Public Administration from Tennessee State University, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. Outside of work, Sheila enjoys gardening, attending performances at local arts centers, and exploring new travel destinations.
