Taylor Wilder is the Skilled Volunteer Programs Manager at Hands On powered by United Way of Greater Nashville. In this role, she connects skilled volunteers with high-impact projects that build nonprofit capacity and strengthen the Greater Nashville community. With over a decade of experience in direct service and organizational development, Taylor brings a deep understanding of both grassroots engagement and systems-level support. Her work is rooted in relationships, equity, and a commitment to helping nonprofits thrive.
