
Theresa Kennedy
Theresa Kennedy, MBA, CEET, is a nonprofit executive and AI ethics strategist working at the intersection of technology, equity, and cultural preservation. As founder and president of The Black History Foundation, she is leading the development of Black History GPT, an AI model centered on African and diasporic histories, and Charity Coin, a decentralized 50/50 raffle platform for nonprofit fundraising built on Bitcoin and Solana. Both projects are currently in development.
Theresa is a Certified Ethical Emerging Technologist (CEET) with hands-on experience in AI red teaming and model debiasing. She participated in red teaming for OpenAI and later served as an AI ethics advisor, leading the red teaming and bias mitigation strategy for a DEI-focused entrepreneurship chatbot created for Mastercard.
She also holds a BA in Anthropology and African American Studies from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Technology Management. With over 20 years of cross-industry experience in real estate, credit systems, and consulting, she brings operational strength to her mission of building ethical, culturally aware tech.
