Our History
Tech Impact originated from a collaboration between Microsoft and a small group of foundations that created the NPower network, which was a group of capacity-building organizations that provided hands-on technology support to nonprofits across the county. Since 2003, Tech Impact has kept the spirit of the initial network alive.
We continue to evolve our services to keep pace with technology advancements and expand our training and education capabilities to help even more people use technology to better serve the world. Follow the timeline below to explore our evolution as an organization.
Financials & Documents
For purchases made through our website, please see below for refunds and cancellation policies.
Events: Refunds, less a $100 cancellation fee where applicable, will be issued if notice is given at least 21 days prior to national events. No refund is available for cancellation requests made less than 20 days prior to event or no-shows. All requests must be in writing emailed to [email protected]. Registration transfers allowed at any time.
Webinars or Courses: Refunds will be issues for webinar or course payments if notice is issued at least 7 days prior to scheduled training. No refund is available for cancellations requested less than 6 days prior. All requests must be in writing emailed to [email protected]. Registration transfers allowed at any time.
Assessments & Engagement: Refunds are not available for any purchases for one-time assessments or engagements. Questions can be submitted to [email protected].
For all other services provided, specific terms and conditions are outlined in your service contract. Please reach out to your Account Management for more information.
