Skill Building

Learn communication, conflict-management, and customer service skills through industry-led curriculum.

Hands-On Mentoring

Students are matched with local tech leaders for one-on-one mentoring through the duration of the program.

Accredited Certification Opportunities

Participants study and sit for certificates in Digital Literacy Training, Call Center Associate Certified (CCAC), and
American Standard Typing

Network Connections

Lunch and Learns and Friday Session help students to meet and engage with local company leaders.

Job Placement Assistance

Partnerships and connections with regional companies helps bolster our post-program job acceptance rate.

Motivated students who meet the below requirements should apply today:

  • Local to Las Vegas, NV
  • A High School Graduate, But Do Not Have A 4-Year Degree
  • Able To Commit To An Eight Week Program

CXWorks is free to qualifying prospects due to the support of generous local, regional, and national foundations, donors, and government programs.

Classes are taught at the Historic Westside School in the Tech Impact Opportunity Center Powered by Barclays.
