Donnique Bell

Donnique Bell, a dedicated leader with a passion for fostering positive change, currently holds the position of Chief Impact Officer at Tech Impact. In this capacity, she leads the charge in assessing the organization’s social impact, ensuring alignment with Tech Impact’s mission, and communicating it to stakeholders. 

With a career spanning 13 years in child welfare, Donnique has acquired essential skills and perspectives crucial for driving meaningful and sustainable change. Formerly the East Coast Regional Program Director at Tech Impact, she oversaw program operations, delivered workforce training, and provided support to the team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of participants served. 

Donnique holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Services with a concentration in social and community development. Donnique is always excited about the opportunity to leverage her innate curiosity, encouraging innovative and unconventional thinking. She finds genuine joy in mentoring individuals and helping them grow.
