Donnique Bell, a dedicated leader with a passion for fostering positive change, currently serves as the Director of Data & Intelligent Systems at Tech Impact. In this role, she leads the strategy, governance, and operations of the organization’s reporting infrastructure and AI-powered tools. Donnique acts as a key connector between technical teams and business units, ensuring that intelligent systems drive insight generation, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

With over a decade of experience in mission-driven work, Donnique brings a unique blend of strategic insight, problem-solving expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to her leadership. She is passionate about data integrity, intelligent automation, and developing solutions that evolve alongside organizational needs.

Donnique holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Services with a concentration in social and community development, which inform her people-centered approach to technology and collaboration. She is known for her curiosity, innovative mindset, and dedication to mentoring others. Recently stepping into the role of motherhood, Donnique brings fresh perspective and balance to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and exploring diverse cultures, always seeking new inspiration.
