Joe Napier is the Director of Support Services at Tech Impact and leads a team of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technicians that serve over 350 Managed Services clients every day. His extensive experience in networking, security, and help desk management help him and his team manage hundreds of calls per week, providing nonprofit staff members from across the country with exceptional technical support.
Joe joined the organization as a Network Engineer in 2017 where his talents to manage and organize led him into management of the support team. He is committed to supporting as many nonprofits as possible through available and affordable technology solutions while helping every nonprofit staff member feel confident in their technology environments. When not reading technology articles and resolving client’s issues, Joe likes to be outdoors with his camera photographing wildlife or spending time with his wife, their two sons, and their dog, Callie.
