Lauren Cannon

Lauren Cannon is a seasoned Human Resource professional that celebrated her 20th Anniversary at Tech Impact in 2023. In her role as Human Resource Director, Lauren manages a team that is responsible for payroll, benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition across the organization. She has led multi-faceted projects including large-scale software implementations, personnel management for Tech Impact’s mergers and acquisitions, and yearly benefit negotiations and roll-outs.

Lauren hails from Southeast Philadelphia and when not supporting Tech Impact’s growing workforce of over 120 team members, enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons cheering on Philly sports.
