Melanie Meyer has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years and is passionate about using technology solutions to solve community-based issues. She’s worn many different hats and has led efforts from sales and marketing to account management and consulting which has given her a unique perspective on many different facets of nonprofit operations. Melanie can quickly see issues and opportunities and translate them into technology and business recommendations that work with all stakeholders involved.
In her current role as Managing Director of Customer Success, she advises Tech Impact clients, oversees the Account Management team for Managed Service customers, and supports internal process creation and onboarding for new organizations. Melanie is a regular Subject Matter Expert on budgeting, planning, and decision making webinars and when not helping Tech Impact clients thrive, she’s sharpening her poker and pool shooting skills.
