Olivia Larkins

Olivia Larkins is a Training Specialist with Ballad Health, where she delivers technology and leadership training to team members across the health system. She brings over a decade of experience in education and nonprofit work, including serving as a district technology leader during her time as an elementary educator and later leading a regional digital literacy program across East Tennessee that expanded access to technology in rural communities and supported training that reached more than 2,300 participants. She holds a Master of Education from East Tennessee State University and a postgraduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Tennessee. When offline, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her husband and their five dogs.
